Masakazu, 29, has a laid-back approach at work, resulting in his transfer to a new location. There, he meets a colleague who's more carefree than he is, which irks Masakazu. But things take a turn when he meets Kazutoyo via a Rental Uncle service.

Masakazu panics when he feels Yamagishi might have attempted suicide. Fortunately, Yamagishi is alive, but he's done with the company and decides to quit, alleging harassment. This bizarre turn of events results in Masakazu getting suspended.

Masakazu finds himself in hot water with a looming lawsuit after he refuses to own up to accusations of workplace harassment; trainee teacher Sakura approaches Yamaji with a complaint about bullying in his class.

Sakura's boyfriend breaks into school and tells everyone that Yamaji is still a virgin, causing a stir; Maribu struggles with his new job as manager of a thriving girls' bar; Yamaji and Miyashita find a new adventure.

Masakazu worries about his sister after he finds out she's working at Maribu's girls' bar and ropes Aso into checking out the bar; Masakazu is shocked to hear that there is an opening for a Sendai branch manager.

Masakazu is in shock when he finds out that Maribu is dating his sister, despite being married with a child; Yamaji's commitment to helping Daigo, a child with a learning disability, draws him closer to the boy's mum.
