Josh Flitter

New Jersey-native Josh Flitter was just four years old when a chance playdate arranged between his sister and the daughter of local talent agent Tamara Markowitz brought him into the business. After starting in commercials, Flitter made the transition to scripted roles for television and film in the early 2000s. His film debut came in the 2004 sci-fi drama "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" playing a bully. Flitter's next projects took him into comedic acting: he starred opposite a young Emma Roberts in the film adaptation of the "Nancy Drew" teen mystery book series and took on the lead role in "Ace Ventura: Pet Detective Jr.." The action-adventure comedy focused on Flitter's character taking over the work of his pet detective father, brought to life by Jim Carrey in the two original films. Flitter has also been asked to lend his voice to animated roles, and he moved into voiceover work when he was chosen as the voice of Budderball in the film series inspired by the golden retriever, Buddy, introduced to audiences in the 1997 family film "Air Bud." He since voiced the character Rudy in 2008's "Horton Hears a Who! ." Outside of acting, the high schooler's main interest is sports--more specifically, rooting for the New York Rangers each season.
