Fatale-Station

In the small town of Fatale-Station, newly arrived Sarah catches the eye of François, the town’s mayor and Eddy, who manages the only bar in town, the Beijing Palace. They are not aware that she is afraid for her life, running away from the grip of a violent psychopath. That is why she hopes to settle here. She soon discovers that in fact, the town is run tightly by an old matriarch named Jean O’Gallagher who gets final say on every single thing that happens. Meanwhile, a road block set up by protesting aboriginals puts the town in turmoil and even threatens the life of a villager. This complicates matters for the mayor who is already in over his head with Langevin, the rival candidate, and with his own wife who is in a near catatonic state from severe depression.
