Sophie and Vicky, two friends who don't like each other, receive the worst gift ever: a yoga retreat... together. Eww! On the site, they meet a motley crew of women. However, the retreat will be anything but relaxing.

The first courses of the retreat are surprising, to say the least. Vicky does, however, manage to find some motivation: Johany, a beautiful influencer. Sophie, true to form, is full of ill will. Luckily, she finds Manon and Paule to back her up.

It is now obvious: a killer is on the prowl at the estate. Everyone is a suspect, including Vicky. Two SQ officers (not the brightest) are sent to the scene. The interrogations begin... in the hot sauna!

Everyone's cell phones were stolen. A state of emergency is declared and everyone has to sleep in the common room. Faced with the police's embarrassing incompetence, everyone has their own technique for solving the crime.

The further the investigation progresses, the more everyone seems to be a potential killer. Richard's arrival at the estate only adds to the suspicions. Andrea, for her part, suspects Vicky. It's a festival of secrets revealed when Sahara serves them her "herbal tea".

Another death shakes the estate. Everyone is increasingly suspicious, especially Richard. Manon's disappearance divides the camp, tensions rise and a surprising announcement from Sophie does nothing to ease the situation.
