With dreams of romantic lakeside sunsets dancing in their heads, Howard and Bonnie work with Marshall to create the ultimate waterfront. Prepare to be wowed: the cantilevered dock extends over the lake, and the wood-burning hot tub comes with a bar.

It’s all hands on dock as Simon creates a perfect outdoor sanctuary for Mark and Sue, including a giant fire pit and a zipline the kids can ride all the way down to the lake. Waterside, the project is finished with a timber-frame boat port.

Get ready for revelry: Stephen and his three daughters want a new party dock. Contractor Marshall Black builds a wide staircase leading to a 60-foot deck, custom kayak racks, and an outdoor kitchen so they can enjoy every minute down by the water.

Chris and Melissa want the best of both worlds: days close to the water and nights enjoying sunsets around a flagstone fire pit. Dig in with contractor Simon Hirsh as he helps create their dream space down by the lake.
