The world's toughest cooking competition comes to the UK. 12 aspiring chefs compete in a series of cooking challenges, but they are assigned a kitchen to cook in with different grades of equipment and must grab the ingredients they need.

The tough culinary gauntlet now has 11 chefs remaining, and this time they must all tackle Italian cuisine - who will face the dreaded Cook Off in this edition? With special guest Gino D'Acampo.

The remaining nine chefs take on Family Favourites Week - Gordon Ramsay has a surprise visitor, and things get tense in a low-budget Cook Off challenge.
