In their first week at high school, Robbie, Lily and Ray meet an interesting new student by the name of Travis Strong. The idea for Radio Free Roscoe is born.

Robbie, Lily, Ray and Travis make plans for their first radio broadcast and at school must take career aptitude tests.

Lily starts hanging out with the prettiest girl in school, Audrey, which is really upsetting Ray. Robbie and Travis must deal with their own love interests.

Kim Carlisle of Cougar Radio calls RFR lame during her morning broadcast and it sets off a radio battle of wits.

Robbie is smitten with a girl at school who turns out to be a regular caller on RFR and fan of Question Mark.

Robbie airs an old taping of Principal Waller as a former DJ of Cougar Radio causing problem for Question Mark and RFR.
