The gruesome discovery of a human 'Ragdoll' sets DI Baxter, DS Rose and DC Edmunds on the trail of a killer who also lists six more people due to die.

With the killer proving unstoppable, the team desperately hunt down the second victim on the list. Rose starts his own investigation and his actions cause concern for Edmunds.
