During a psychotic episode, David Ducharme is brought to the emergency room by his colleague and meets with Dr. Justine Mathieu. The situation escalates during a home intervention led by Clara St-Amand and Myriam Melançon.

Justine and Émile are going through tough times. Clara is struggling at work while Suzy is moving into her home. Louie confronts David about his slip-up. Gabriel learns upsetting news right before intervening with a quarreling couple.

David feels responsible for Alex's misfortunes. Justine makes decisions with serious consequences. Gabriel fears losing custody of Marius. No one has heard back from Mister Hubert. Jean-Marc is hospitalized. Suzy goes over things with Émile and Clara.
