A family-owned organic restaurant in Ojai, Calif., is treated to an edible garden backyard oasis, as Anthony and his team construct an all natural, eco-friendly, self-cleaning pool that also helps to grow edible plants ... so no chemicals allowed.

Anthony tries to create a design consisting of cascading waterfalls, lava rocks, iron grapevines and a swim-up bar with a wonderful view, turning a wine-lover's dream pool into a reality -- if he can overcome the steep grade and unstable clay soil.
