On his first day of school, Ichika already has a group of admirers; Ichika has to room with his childhood friend and has a lot more problems he didn't foresee.

A one-on-one battle with Cecilia Alcott looms over Ichika, and he becomes worried; Houki trains him, and Ichika becomes the proud owner of a custom IS.

Ichika meets another old friend at school, which causes jealousy among Houki and Cecilia.

A mysterious IS attacks the arena as Ichika and Lingyin battle in the Inter-Class Tournament.

Houki gets her own room and Ichika gets a male roommate when another boy is admitted to the school.

A new contender enters the ring; the representative from Germany, Laura Bodewig, makes waves as the new transfer student; she immediately calls out Ichika and gives him a good smack to the face.
