After watching an emotional video documenting their MasterChef journeys, the chefs must create a dish that best represents who they are now as they come back to win.

The cooks must work at record pace all through a Keeping Up with Gordon challenge to deliver two of his dishes as they compete for the only immunity pin of the season.

The cooks have 75 minutes and access to an open pantry to present a dish with an element of tableside theatre that wows the judges and keeps them safe from elimination.

The remaining contestants vie for a place in the Top 10 as they tackle a challenge set by Australian culinary legend Maggie Beer. The aspiring chefs must skilfully manage twelve sets of ingredients in this demanding task.

The cooks take part in MasterChef's infamous one-inch cube taste test - but there's a twist! This time, they're in teams, with one person's palate responsible for everyone's fate.
