Jamie has split from his old partner and undertakes a gruelling practise schedule to prepare for competition with his new partner. Max and Olivia are rewarded with an exhibition dance at the Young Dancer of the Year awards, in front of top judges.

Max and Olivia gear up for their second competition under the watchful eye of Max's Dad, their strict coach. Warren organises a session in which the parents dance and the children then offer feedback. Jamie has high expectations of his new partner.
