TCI sets out to catch the ghost that causes traffic accidents at the Ganghui Three-Way Junction. Yeonho finds out that these accidents frequently occur on rainy days due to road defects.

The team delves into a case involving a woman named Kim Minju who jumped out of a moving car. Upon regaining consciousness, Minju tells Sohee and Yeonho that she jumped out to evade sexual assault by the driver, Yang Jaeyoung.

While investigating a hit-and-run case, TCI learns that it is tied to auto theft.

Yeonho gets audited and the car theft investigation goes back to square one.
