A team of celebrities and socialites take on the challenge of delivering five star hotel service at a boutique Mediterranean hotel. The team must wait on the guests at all hours, to deliver the best service possible and address any complaints, no matter how frivolous. As the guests enjoy their holiday they will rate the celebrity staff, whose work remains under constant scrutiny in order for the hotel to keep its five star rating. The staff with consist of `Made in Chelsea"s Spencer Matthews, `Towie' stars Joey Essex and Lydia Bright, `Ex on the Beach' stars Charlotte Dawson and Ashley Cain and former Geordie Shore star Holly Hagan, with comedian Russell Kane providing the narration.
