Jamie Cooks the Mediterranean

Jamie Oliver travels the Med in search of traditional and innovative ways of cooking. Inspired by Thessaloniki's tasty tidbits and Skopelos' marvellous mezze, Jamie cooks up an aubergine flatbread and lemony char-grilled chicken with tzatziki.

In Tunisia, Jamie meets traditional couscous makers, eats delicious street food and cooks with local chefs. Inspired by everything he sees, Jamie cooks crispy prawn parcels drizzled with harissa and a flavour-packed chicken and merguez sausage stew.

Jamie visits northern Spain's coast in search of incredible tapas, big-flavour rice dishes and spectacular seafood. Inspired by the local flavours, he cooks a pork chop with peppers, and a surf and turf skewer of prawns, mushrooms and local ham.

Inspired by Marseille's stunning seafood and the traditional flavours of Provence, Jamie Oliver cooks steak and chips with a twist and a courgette, goat's cheese and olive tapenade tart.
