Aiden Glasby and Daryl Clarke embark on an ambitious adventure across Australia with a pair of modest microlight aircrafts. Accompanied by their fiancées, Lexi and Elsie, and a local guide, Bart, they fly to their first stop: Wardang Island.

Rare gemstones, ancient rituals, and indigenous rock and roll await Aidan Glasby, Daryl Clarke and the flight crew. Daryl and fiancée Elsie go on their first microlight ride together when the unthinkable happens - they run out of fuel.

Daryl Clarke is broke and making expensive mistakes, which strains relationships all around. Already behind schedule, the approaching monsoon season makes the weather too wild to fly and the microlight group is forced to split up.
