Linda Kennedy is the only sibling still living in Dublin. Her brother lives in Africa, while her sister lives in San Sebastian with her family. Linda tells us about her family life growing up in Limerick and Dublin, and chats about the tastes and dishes that they would associate with their childhood and family life.

Nuala and husband Packie run the Curlew Cafe in Kerrykeel, Co Donegal, which specialises in seafood. All the seafood served is caught locally by Packie, a lobster fisherman, and it's the freshness and flavour that Mark Bradley misses the most in his new life in Canada.

Sheila Kirwan lives in Clonegal, Co Carlow, and lives with her husband Joe who is also a very good cook. They grow a lot of their own produce both fruit and vegetables and they like to attend the local farmer markets weekly in Enniscorthy.

Katie Maher lives in Ennis, Co Clare with her husband Tony. Katie is the mother of four boys, and its her son Micheal who is living away from home. Michael was living in Germany for a number of years and in February he moved to live in Barcelona, Spain. Katie's family owned and ran a bakery in Ennis until 2000 so good food was always a feature of their lives.

Meet sisters Jacinta Baille and Savina Lanagan. Jacinta Baille lives in Dublin with her husband Adrian and her two daughters, and its her sister Savina who has lived in Portland, Oregon with her husband Tony and daughters.

Lynda Gibbons lives in Navan with her husband, daughter and son. Lynda's cousin Aoife is living in Dubai, and as kids, Lynda and Aoife would spend holidays and weekends together and they shared a strong bond. When Lynda's parents became ill, Aoife dropped everything and was on the first plane home to help.
