Detectives attempt to join the dots between numerous child murders in Northern Ireland. As the years tick by and hundreds of suspects are eliminated, it seems inevitable that another child will be snatched, but an unexpected arrest may offer hope.

In 1990, after van driver Robert Black is caught abducting a young girl, detectives believe they have their strongest suspect to date. However, linking him to the other cases will prove a challenge for the detectives.
