Jackie Warner takes no prisoners in another Bravo series (viewers may remember her from `Work Out'), in which she works with clients to get them healthy and in good shape. From ambushes at their homes to surprise visits at work or even while out socializing, Warner stops at nothing to help her clients make a permanent commitment to changing their lives. Progress is monitored at group therapy sessions and weekly weigh-ins, though the participants are not sent to a special facility during the process. Instead they remain immersed in their real lives, making changes they know they will be able to keep up with.
