Meeting Ariana, Stiles, Joseph and Stephanie, four of the best junior tennis players in America. They fight through three-hour commutes, serious injuries, and deep anxieties as they prepare for another year on the junior tennis circuit.

For these four junior prospects, success requires a demanding tennis-centric existence where all activities come second to training and competition.

Hoping to peak at the right time, the four junior players compete in their final match play ahead of the biggest tournament of the year: The Orange Bowl. Steffi battles the competition and her previous injuries in Indianapolis. In Florida, Ariana receives support from her mental skills coach and Joseph struggles to stay focused competing in a match with questionable calls. Stiles travels to tournaments in South America to hone his skills on the international stage.

The most important tournament of the entire year is here: The Orange Bowl. Stiles is named the number one seed at the tournament. Ariana does her best to keep her emotions in check. Steffi's past injuries come back to haunt her. Joseph gets heated when a call doesn't go his way, but the outcome brings new opportunity.
