Shi-on boards a train for the first time to begin his residency in Seoul; when the board refuses to hire a doctor with autism, President Choi of the hospital puts his position on the line and asks them to give Shi-on six months to prove himself.

Shi-on notices that a child who had surgery for a choledochal cyst is in danger and takes him into the OR without authorization; Do-han's team is in the OR for another operation and ends up operating on two patients simultaneously.

The residents of pediatric surgery resent Shi-on for causing Do-han trouble, so Yoon-suh pulls him aside and advises him; Do-han runs out of an ethics committee meeting because a child is in critical condition.

Shi-on keeps getting himself in trouble and ends up being hated by the children at the hospital except for In-hye; a child with intussusception comes in and because Do-han is serving his suspension, Yoon-suh must take lead for the first time.

After Min-hee's surgery, Do-han points out to Yoon-suh that she is becoming more like Shi-on and Yoon-suh is confused; Il-gyoo becomes more adversarial towards Shi-on.

Shi-on tends to Eun-ok while maintaining a child's eye-level; pediatric surgery takes attack after sponsors pull their funding and Chief Ko's group uses this to entrap Shi-on, making things worse.
