Gil Je Gal (Jung Woo), a former Taekwondo team member banned from sports after a scandal, now works as a "mental coach" helping athletes overcome performance challenges. His latest client is Cha Ga Eul (Lee Yoo Mi), a talented short-track speed skater with a World Championship gold medal who has lost her self-confidence and Olympic dreams. Complicating his mission is Ku Tae Man (Kwon Yool), a former Taekwondo star now directing the national athletics association's human rights center, with whom Gil Je Gal shares a complicated past. Alongside Park Seung Ha (Park Se Young), an athletes' counselor, Gil Je Gal must navigate professional tensions and personal history to help Ga Eul reclaim her potential and pursue Olympic glory.
