Evan is forced to relive the memory of his father's passing while on a rock climbing trip; the girls prepare live seafood for Evan.

Ashlee and Evan take a trip to Palm Springs, which is interrupted by some unexpected visitors. They find themselves disagreeing about what constitutes family time, or friends and family time.

Ashlee feels the weight of mothers' guilt when her career obligations get in the way of her life at home; Ashlee is tired of Evan leaving the lids off of everything around their home.

Evan and Ashlee prepare to perform together for the first time and share their music with the world, which will mark the first time in 10 years that Ashlee has performed live.
