Joey Bragg

Actor and comedian Joey Bragg began performing on the stand-up circuit in his early teens before moving into television with a recurring role on teen sitcom "Liv and Maddie" (Disney Channel, 2013-17). Born in Union City, CA, Bragg started writing jokes aged 12 and after receiving an encouraging letter from comic idol Pete Holmes, made his stand-up debut a year later, going onto land supporting gigs with Tim Allen, Dane Cook and Nick Swardson. Bragg bagged his first acting role in "Gulliver Quinn" (Disney XD, 2012), a failed pilot in which Jon Heder starred as a grown man who enrols in seventh grade, and made the leap to the big screen that same year when he played nerdy cabin mate Magoo in "Fred 3: Camp Fred." After creating and hosting his own chat show on YouTube channel Awesomeness TV, Bragg was cast as Joey Rooney, the awkward younger brother of the titular twin girls, in "Liv and Maddie" (2013-17), a role he also reprised for a one-off appearance in "Jessie" (Disney Channel, 2011-15). Bragg then starred alongside Internet personalities Nash Grier and Cameron Dallas as one of three varsity baseball players navigating their way through their final year of high school in "The Outfield" (2016), and took the lead in "Wild Ride" (Disney XD, 2016), a TV movie in which a geeky student is appointed the chauffeur of the most popular girl in school, despite the fact that he's unable to drive.
