"Monkey See, Doggie Do" Mojo Jojo is on the loose with his amazing Anubis Head laser that turns people into dogs. The Powerpuff Girls think they have it under control until they are turned into Power Pups! "Mommy Fearest" Professor Utonium's girlfriend begins looking after the Powerpuff Girls, but her authority seems to go to her head. The Powerpuff Girls must figure out that she's really Sedusa in disguise.

"Insect Inside" The city of Townsville becomes overrun by millions of cockroaches, led by their leader Roach Coach. The Powerpuff Girls must fight their fear of bugs in order to save the city. "Powerpuff Bluff" Three local criminals begin dressing up as the Powerpuff Girls, committing crimes in their girlish disguises. The Powerpuff Girls try and capture them, but it's difficult from behind bars.

"Octi-Evil" Him is out to break up the Powerpuff Girls, and uses Bubbles sweetness to do it via Bubbles' stuffed octopus "Octi." But he is in for a big surprise when the Powerpuff Girls end up being stronger than they appear. "Geshund Fight" The Amoeba Boys just want to be good criminals. When they make all of Townsville sick, they commit their worst possible crime. The Powerpuff Girls must find the cure before they are too ill themselves.

"Buttercrush" Buttercup develops a crush on Ace, the leader of the Gang Green Gang. They soon take advantage of this to put Blossom and Bubbles into terrible danger. "Fuzzy Logic" Fuzzy Lumpkins strikes out against Townsville when his property isn't respected. The Powerpuff Girls have to stop him before he demolishes all of Townsville.

"Boogie Frights" The Boogie Man creates perpetual night by making a huge disco ball to cover the sun. The Powerpuff Girls plot to crash the ball while monsters of the night proceed to destroy Townsville. "Abracadaver" Al Lusion, Townsville's famous magician, comes back to haunt the people of Townsville as "Abracadaver," and show them some special tricks.

"Telephonies" The Gangreen Gang gets hold of the Powerpuff Girls Hotline and makes crank calls, sending the Girls on a wild goose chase trying to protect the town. After the PPGs falsely accuse Mojo Jojo, Fuzzy Lumpkins, and Him of causing trouble, Mojo, Fuzzy, and Him decide to put an end to the Gang's phone games. "Tough Love" Everyone loves the Powerpuff Girls, until Him sends out an evil gas that turns the entire town against them. The Girls must fight hard to get their friends and family back to normal.
