S3, E1: George Lopez's (series star GEORGE LOPEZ) life hasn't become any easier since he became the first assembly line worker to be promoted to plant manager at a Los Angeles airplane parts factory. Although his affable friend Ernie (series star VALENTE RODRIGUEZ) and the other workers on the floor still tease him, George's biggest challenge remains managing his tough and acerbic but loving mother, Benny (series star BELITA MORENO), while maintaining a civil relationship with her both at work and at home.
