Bear Man

In the realm of the Dangun myth, two Asiatic Bear twins, Woong Nam (Park Sung Woong) and Woong Buk (Park Sung Woong), miraculously transform from bears into human babies after consuming garlic and mugwort. Na Bok Cheon (Oh Dal Soo), a researcher, finds one twin and raises him, while the other remains lost. Twenty-five years later, the brothers reunite under vastly different circumstances: Woong Nam becomes a police officer, while Woong Buk is the adoptive son of Lee Jeong Sik (Choi Min Soo), a notorious criminal. Their extraordinary origin raises the question: Will their unique shared history unite them or drive them apart as potential enemies? This is a 2023 South Korean fantasy crime comedy film directed by Park Sung Kwang, inspired by the ancient Dangun myth.
