My Girlfriend Is an Agent

Ahn Soo Ji (Kim Ha Neul), a skilled martial artist and veteran NIS secret agent, keeps her profession hidden from her boyfriend Lee Jae Joon (Kang Ji Hwan). Unbeknownst to her, Jae Joon is also an NIS analyst and rookie field agent who is frustrated with her constant unexplained absences. When they are both assigned to the same critical mission to prevent a Russian organized crime group from obtaining an advanced bio-chemical weapon in Korea, the couple must navigate their complicated relationship while working together. Their professional and personal lives collide as they struggle to complete the mission without compromising their cover or their relationship. This is a 2009 South Korean action-comedy film directed by Shin Tae Ra, which was later remade into the 2013 television drama "7th Grade Civil Servant."
