On the coast of the Pacific Northwest, William Brook lives a reclusive life on a halibut fishing boat. When informed of his troubled sister Sarah's disappearance, he's overcome with guilt. Feeling awful for neglecting her over the years, Will heads into town, but it's a very dangerous place for him.
