Alimi Ballard's acting career took off when he was a mere five years old. Ballard started his acting career in various dramas, including "New York Undercover" (Fox, 1994-98) and "The City" (ABC, 1995-97). Ballard started in the industry by acting in films like the Robert Duvall smash hit action flick "Deep Impact" (1998). He continued to work steadily in television throughout the early 2000s, appearing on "NCIS" (CBS, 2003-) and "Criminal Minds" (CBS, 2005-). During these years, he additionally appeared in film, receiving a role in "Men of Honor" (2000) with Robert De Niro. In his more recent career, he tackled roles on "Scorpion" (2014-), "Lucifer" (Fox, 2016-) and "Queen Sugar" (OWN, 2016-). He also lent his distinctive voice to "The Super Hero Squad Show" (Cartoon Network, 2009). Ballard most recently acted on "The Catch" (ABC, 2016-17).
