When SAMCRO's adult-film business becomes a hindrance to the club, Clay seizes the opportunity to revive the gun-running cartel.  As Jax and Clay continue to clash over club activities, their relationship reaches a new level of antagonism.

Bullock holds an impromptu morning meeting to determine which emergencies warrant wiring him in Sturgis, where he and Harry are delivering campaign pitches. The first summons doesn't take long, as Hearst follows up Alma's close call with one that's decidedly more on-target. In the aftermath, Alma takes refuge at the Gem, again, while Trixie decides to take matters into her own hands. Langrishe has a falling out with Hearst, giving him little time to huddle with his new lineup of actors. Dismissing the likelihood of ever seeing 23 mercenaries promised by Hawkeye, Swearengen turns to Wu to deliver more reliable, if not quite weapons-tested, reinforcements from Custer City.

When a young, female dockworker is found dead, the team discovers that the dock has mob connections that may lead to Maura's biological father (guest star JOHN DOMAN - The Wire, Borgia, Damages). Jane tries to evade sensitivity training. And Maura starts spending time with Jane's brother Tommy (recurring guest star COLIN EGGLESFIELD), much to Jane's dismay. ED BEGLEY JR. (St. Elsewhere, Pineapple Express) also guest stars.

When Maura meets a new guy named Dennis (guest star EDDIE CIBRIAN – Third Watch, CSI: Miami) in a very unusual way, he opens up a different side of her. And Jane is filled with mixed emotions after someone from her past returns. Recurring guest star CHRIS VANCE (Dexter, Burn Notice) appears as Sgt. Major Casey Jones.

High school seems like a distant memory to the young graduates at the center of "The O.C.," particularly because they have been thrust into adulthood after the death of their beloved friend Marissa Cooper.
