On the eve of Kono's wedding to Adam, Five-0 learns that a stolen nuclear bomb is somewhere on the island and about to be detonated. Also, McGarrett is stunned when Catherine returns to Hawaii, while Chin confronts Adam about his lingering connections to the Yakuza.

When Kono goes on a solo outrigger trip around the Hawaiian islands in honor of her mother, she hits a patch of wild weather and must fight to stay alive. As Five-0 searches for Kono, they investigate a man busted for cooking meth who claims he received a threat on his son's life if he didn't continue making the drug.

Uncle Buck is a charismatic hustler who has gotten by on his charm for years. But when his brother Will and sister-in-law Alexis move to town and need help with their kids, he steps up to become their nanny.

Alexis and Will try to help Maizy overcome her shyness in order to sell Sunny Scout cookies. When their plans for Maizy fail, Buck jumps in to help Maizy break out of her shell and hustle her way to the top.

With Reagan (Christina Applegate) working more closely with Luke (guest star Steven Pasquale), Chris (Will Arnett) starts to show signs of jealousy, but it takes his buddy Reed’s (guest star Will Forte) bad advice to send him into a full-blown panic. Meanwhile, Ava (Maya Rudolph) is surprised to learn that her rival will be competing against her in a 10K run for charity and enlists the help of celebrity trainer Gideon Kirk (guest star Fred Armisen). Jennifer Hall also stars.

When a promotional scheme goes awry, Jamie and the others learn the meaning of giving thanks.
