In the series premiere, the doctors take a gamble in Sin City, helping a young woman whose autoimmune disease may have triggered her deformed breasts. The doctors head to Central California to aid a twin born with facial abnormalities whose brother was born without complications.

The doctors travel to Texas to meet a female war veteran that was struck by lightning leaving her breasts and body disfigured, before heading to South Carolina to consult with a woman who has a misplaced toe on each foot, something Dr. Nassif can relate to.

The Doctors travel to Iowa to see a young father whose infected chest implant is threatening his life, before meeting a pair of twins with matching cleft deformities who want to look more identical.

The doctors head down south to Louisiana to meet with a man whose nasal syndrome has him tired of facing the public. Traveling back to California they meet with a woman who was born with a conjoined twin at the butt.

Doctors Dubrow and Nassif travel to Virginia to meet a young woman with severely deformed breasts. Enlisting an ex-CIA disguise specialist, the doctors aid a musician born without an ear. Doctor becomes patient when it's discovered that Dr. Nassif has a serious medical condition.
