Cooking Sessions with Tamar & Ms. E

It's all about seafood, with baked salmon, sauteed spinach and a shrimp alfredo sauce. Topped off with a seafood salad with shrimp & jumbo lump crab.

Tamar & Ms. E make a family favorite. Chicken a la King made with sauteed chicken thighs, carrots & peas in a cream sauce, served over toast.

Tamar turns the kitchen over to Ms. E and her son Logan to prepare Logan's favorite meal; they make Salisbury steak, rice, and gravy with broccoli.

Today it's recipes from Ms. E's kitchen. Yellow mustard fried chicken, big boy buttermilk biscuits and a mom & daughter fried cabbage cook off.

It's game night with a loaded charcuterie board filled with yummy meats, cheeses, crackers & spreads. Crunchy cheese corn dip, and peachy margaritas.
