When Ae Ri arrives in Seoul, she calls Kyo Bin, but he tries to send her back to Paris by saying he'd double his financial support; Ae Ri is adamant that what she needs is Kyo Bin himself, which freaks him out; Eun Jae and Kang Jae wait for Ae Ri.

Ae Ri walks in and sees Eun Jae getting slapped by Mi In, her mother-in-law; when Eun Jae realizes that Ae Ri was watching, she feels embarrassed and takes her to her room; Eun Jae forces herself to greet her with a smile, and Ae Ri does the same.

Kyo Bin visits Ae Ri in her hotel room; Kyo Bin looks stressed for a second, but Ae Ri assures him that it's because he wants her too; Ae Ri tells Kyo Bin that she was hired to work at a famous beauty salon and asks him to find her an apartment.

Ha Jo stares angrily at Mi In when he finds out that Mi In had borrowed gambling money from Eun Jae; Eun Jae blames herself and begs Ha Jo to forgive Mi In; Ha Jo pays back Eun Jae but scolds her as well; Eun Jae asks Kyo Bin to accompany her.

Eun Jae is surprised to see Kyo Bin and Ae Ri walk in together, but Ae Ri finds an excuse; Kyo Bin finds it unbearably awkward and leaves without finishing his meal, and Ae Ri warns Eun Jae not to trust her husband too much.
