Fashion editor, media consultant and entrepreneur Tai Beauchamp celebrates women's inner and outer beauty by guiding them through head-to-toe makeovers. Participants are told to swap wardrobes and then undergo a surprise makeover.

A Sexy Country Swap
Mary, a former beauty pageant queen, and Jessica, a bride-to-be trapped in an oversize tomboy style, will have a fashion makeover and unbeknownst to them will swap clothes for 24 hours.
EPISODE 2
A Sporty Flirty Swap
Emma is thirty something and trapped in a teeny bop wardrobe whereas Amanda, a high school track and field coach, is obsessed with athletic sportswear. These women will have a fashion makeover and unbeknown to them will swap clothes for 24 hours.
EPISODE 3
A Racy Mommy Swap
Robyn, a stay-at-home mom who hides her body beneath maternity clothes, and Sheron, a nurse whose attention-seeking clothes enter the room before she does, will swap clothing for 24 hours as part of a makeover process.
EPISODE 4
A Girlie Tomboy Swap
Dina, a girly girl who doesn't dress down for any occasion, and Allison, a flight instructor with a zero tolerance policy for feminine clothes, will be asked to swap clothes for 24 hours as part of a makeover process.
EPISODE 5
A Frumpy Goth Swap
Emily, a Goth girl who hides her soft side behind black clothing, and Tanis, who recently lost weight and only wears dresses, will be asked to swap clothes for 24 hours as part of the makeover process.
EPISODE 6
A Rocker Granny Swap
Josie, a sexy rock singer with an overly risqué daytime look, and Mona, a special education teacher hiding behind her deceased grandmother's dowdy clothes, will be asked to swap clothes for 24 hours as part of a makeover process.
