Kong: King of the Apes

In the not so distant future, ruthless poachers are flying to California to deliver a black market baby ape, perhaps the last of its kind in the wild, when the little simian breaks out of its cage. Luckily, a scientist and his twin sons are nearby.

Kong bravely rescues Richard, who in turn blames the ape for the accident that turns Richard Remy into a bionic boy. Afterward, Richard insists that either Kong goes or he's moving back east to live with his mother.

Kong Island is a success, people flock to see the King of Apes. Soon after Dr. Remy passes, Richard begins working on his lifelong dream: destroy Kong! A battle ensues between Kong and all the Bionobots, nearly destroying the island and everyone on it.

Richard creates a trio of biono-clones from Lady, *the Liger's DNA. Kong and company must rescue the creatures before they're sold as designer pets and living weapons. It doesn't help that Kong's new camouflage generator poops out at the worst moments!

Amy's car plunges off the Golden Gate Bridge, but it is no accident — more like, Richard has abducted her! Kong and company fly off to rescue her and soon, despite traps set by Richard & Botila, they return to Kong Island and escape with Amy.

Under the pretense of caring for nature and continuing his father's dream, Richard recreates an African jungle on Kong Island, kindly giving adorable toy monkeys to all the children. Our heroes will soon discover the toys' true purpose is far from kind.
