It’s been a long time since Jigen, Goemon and Fujiko have heard from Lupin. Then one day, they each receive an invitation from Lupin for a reunion aboard the luxury liner Sirloin. Little do they know that the reunion is a trap plotted by a vengeful Mister X! Where is the real Lupin?

An old man who supposedly knows the secret to Hitler’s legacy lives in East Germany within the Berlin Wall. Lupin and his gang track the old man down, but the old man can’t recall anything about any legacy. In order to bring back the old man’s memories, Lupin and his gang decides to put on an act. Will the old man’s forgotten memories come rushing back?

At Loch Ness in Scotland, the mysterious monster Nessie reveals itself from the lake, charmed by Fujiko’s singing. Seeing this, Doctor Oz decides to use Fujiko to capture Nessie for his personal gain. Will Lupin let Doctor Oz get away with his scheme?
