Pedro, in an accident at night on the road, helps Angelita and Rodito who are abandoned in the middle of nowhere. Reyna asks Angelita to keep the secret Rodito discovered because Pedro would not forgive her.

Pedro is arrested for driving a truck reported as stolen. Julieta arrives at Pedro's house to take the children. Angelita and Rodito are lost in the street again and fail to reach Pedro's house.

Pedro is released from prison for lack of evidence. Julieta and Jose Luis take the children to Mexico to sell them. Angelita and Rodito are abandoned in an orphanage where they will meet Darro.

Angelita and Rodito are in the orphanage under Darro's mistreatment. Pedro continues the search for children. Inside the orphanage, Angelita and Rodito will be in charge of helping the children who live there to believe in angels.

Pedro continues to look for Angelita and Rodito. Darro carries out his plans to get Angelita and Rodito out of the country.

Ms. Isabel asks Darro to get ready the adoption procedures for Angelita and Rodito. Angelita's friends help her find a hiding place to prevent Darro from finding them. Pedro discovers the place where Angelita and Rodito are.
