Adapted from the "Sonic the Hedgehog" video game series and re-edited for a younger audience, this Japanese anime follows the adventures of Sonic and his friends after an explosion transfers them to the human world. There, Sonic is rescued by a 12-year-old boy named Chris, and together they must stop the evil genius Dr. Eggman from getting his hands on the Chaos Emeralds and taking over the world.

    Chaos Control Freaks
    Sonic and Eggman fight over the possession of the seventh Chaos Emerald. Sonic's friends, Tails, Amy, Cream and Cheese support him. Sonic storms into Dr. Eggman's base. Meanwhile, all seven Chaos Emeralds are brought together, causing a large-scale Chaos Control warp in space, blowing away Sonic and his friends.

    Sonic to the Rescue
    Christopher, worried about Sonic, tries to shelter him in his room. However, Sonic not liking to be tied down tries to leave. Christopher then shows Sonic what is being aired on TV. The incident that happened is being broadcast-Mysterious Creature Appears! Christopher warns Sonic to keep a low profile.

    Missile Wrist Rampage
    Knuckles and Amy are hiding in the sewer. They flee from the police and the military. Knuckles accuses Sonic that his recklessness cause a warp in space. Amy likes Sonic and tries to convince Knuckles that he is mistaken. Eggman brings robot E-23 (which has a missile) along with him.

    Chaos Emerald Chaos
    Sonic and the others are together and talking. Knuckles says that they were thrown into this world because of Sonic's recklessness, it is not so. It was the Chaos Emerald that caused the disturbance. Chuck asks what the Chaos Emerald is, no one is able to give him an answer.

    Cracking Knuckles
    Knuckles, who parted from Sonic and the others to go off alone, hides away in the city. All over the city, he sees newspaper headlines that cry out "Unidentified Creature Discovered?!" He feels bitter each time he sees exaggerated articles about Sonic and his friends.

    Techno Teacher
    Dr. Eggman comes up with the idea that the best way to conquer the world is to educate children, sends a robot over to Christopher's school. The robot he sends out is the "teacher robot." The robot sabotages Mr. Stewart's class, acts as the teacher and starts educating Chris.
