Childhood friends, Andy and Michael, made a promise when they were young to open their own Italian restaurant called "Andrew-Michael Kitchen." As trained cooks, not chefs, they find themselves overwhelmed by their inexperience. Chef David Adjey rolls up his sleeves to teach management in the front and back of house, while trying to get Andy and Michael over a terrible case of procrastination.
