Meet our host Caleb Owolabi and special guest chef Shaniqua Simuel. Shaniqua prepares two healthy drink alternatives that provide long lasting health benefits and the importance of utilizing all ingredients.

Shaniqua's journey continues as we learn about her physical routine through Hip-Hop dance. Followed by a visit to a local restaurant, we become familiar with grounded traditions and ingredients of the Carolinas.

Shaniqua advocates for her involvement with a local garden community that cultivates and promotes harmonious growth within the community. She obtains ingredients and prepares another vegan style dish.

Shaniqua prepares healthy dishes for members of her community. She addresses the concern of food waste, and demonstrates the benefits of using organic ingredients in her dishes.
