Tereza made the journey from Armenia to America during college. After graduating with a Finance degree, she followed her dreams in the entertainment industry by moving to NY, where she met the love of her life, her husband, Anthony Lolli. After years of trying to convince him to lose weight, he finally succeeded in a major way. While watching Anthony transform, she was withering away under the pressure of motherhood. However, seeing Anthony’s weight loss success, she decided to follow his footsteps and start her own journey, to show all moms that you can look better than ever even after having 2 children. The couple ventures to Florida for Tereza's first ever fitness competition and we see Anthony continue his journey as he tries to break through the transformation world into the world of competitive bodybuilding.

Tereza heads to the OCB competition, which is a drug tested - all natural bodybuilding competition. Her second competition in and placing top 2, she is feeling like a new woman. The couple sets their sight on Christian Guzman's Summer Shredding competition. Prepping for a year already the strict meal plans and exercise are taking their toll on Anthony's fatigue. We get a look at what goes into prepping for a competition, from meal planning to peak week exercise routines, there is no stopping during these last moments.

Anthony makes the change, he swaps from Transformation division to his first ever Muscle Model division. No longer just a transformation icon, but an actual bodybuilder. Getting home to see the kids makes Tereza and Anthony see the toll these competitions might have on their family, they have a goal in mind but it is heart breaking when you have to be away from your kids for a few days and so often. Only a few days after Summer Shredding, they head out straight to Pure Elite in the UK which hosts one of the very few bodybuilding couples competitions in the world, where Anthony and Tereza step on stage together as a couple who build the strongest bond during their fitness journey.

The couple head to the NPC event, famous as a gateway event for professional bodybuilders who are headed to compete in the Mr Olympia. With a lack of drug testing, can the natural couple compete with the enhanced athletes? After the NPC, the couple ventures to compete in WBFF Worlds in Vegas, where they meet up with friends they have made along their transformation journey. It is starting to take an impact on the couple however, the stress of calorie cutting and training constantly is starting to cause tensions to build. Can they make it together and stay strong during the final leg of the journey?

Anthony and Tereza step on stage at the WBFF World Championships. With the entire event being live streamed and their children watching from home. They meet with famous athletes from around the world who are inspired by the couples determination to see this task through. The couple then head to the Sunscreen film festival where they are awarded for the documentary 'From fat Lolli to 6 pack Lolli', on their way however, Anthony is stricken down with a sickness and ends up in Emergency care in hospital...

The couple did not stop after they finished competing, Tereza put all of her focus on her daughter Love's acting career, getting her a part on an off Broadway theatre production of School of Rock! Anthony himself worked hard with James Hergott and RBT to create a transformation competition for people just like him, who have been through their own struggles and hard ships and need that motivation of friendship to keep them going. People who have faced addiction, depression, cancer, heart attacks and much more, all come together for a transformation competition that has never been seen before. We get an in depth look into their stories, what made them commit to the change, and most importantly, what has made them stick to it.
