When Officers Minogue and O’Leary bring in a girl possessed by a demon, Sergeant Maaka invites them to join the secret Paranormal Unit of the Wellington Police. But when the demon escapes, they have to track it down before it opens the gates of hell.

Minogue and O’Leary head to the country to investigate a cow seen up a tree and talk to a pair of strange twin farmers who talk in a weird monotone. It could have something to do with the weird plants they find growing in a nearby cornfield.
