At Eureka Creek, Tony Beets' runway is complete. He tests his son Kevin by putting him in charge this season; the Hoffman crew faces a make or break decision.

After leaving the Klondike, the Hoffman crew returns to dismantle Monster Red and take it 3219km to Oregon.

A month into the season, Todd weighs up the result of his move to Oregon; a violent storm erupts and Parker and his crew start a new chapter in their mining history.
