Before Pararescue trainees enter the two-year training period, they must endure indoctrination training at Lackland Air Force Base.

Before Pararescue trainees enter the intense two-year training of The Pipeline, they must endure indoctrination training. One trainee is missing and another becomes delusional.

The trainees start a 6-month paramedic programme to become combat medics and will work alongside professionals in the civilian world.

Trainees are put to the test in real simulations, from a mass casualty evacuation in the mountains to a contaminated chemical weapons plant.

Before they can graduate, trainees must pass tests in low-altitude water jump training and weapons training.
