Meet the five Australian teams competing for a chance to open their own restaurant. The teams must pitch their restaurant concept, food, and vision to the expert panel.

The teams must compete in a cook for cash challenge. With only 24 hours' notice, the teams are required to prepare a three-course meal for the industry experts.

The experts give their opinion on their restaurant experience for each team, as the prize pool is distributed from the best to the worst.

The teams must impress the panel with their last chance pitch to earn the final cash offer. Only the three top teams will leave with the money.

It's grand opening week for each of the teams and they finally unveil their vision to the public. With the stress of the launch party, there will be fireworks both inside and outside the restaurant.

After the launch of their dream restaurant, the Sydney and Brisbane team get a surprise visit from Neil Perry and Erez Gordon. The experts dine individually to judge the food, service, and atmosphere.
