Hayden brings the BBQ in the park at Little Manly Point and sets it up. He has a tasty array of dishes, namely butterflied chicken, salmon flatbreads and rotisserie mushrooms, ready to go.

The BBQ is setup on the pier overlooking Little Manly on a perfect day for Hayden's recipes: Portuguese chicken burgers, tarte Tatin, and mushroom-stuffed salmon.

Hayden starts the day with an early morning run with his running club, before he gets his BBQ on to serve up a glazed salmon side, hot pork rolls, and a mushroom and ricotta pizza.

Hayden has a day out at the Sydney Fish Market - cooking BBQ dishes with king prawns and mullet and dropping in on an old friend at the Sydney Seafood School.
