Patrice Godin sets out to meet adopted people. He meets Nancy, who has believed for 30 years that a man was her biological father.

Nancy is helped by her half-sister Annie, who agrees to take a DNA test. Olivier is looking for his biological family, despite two refusals.

Nancy has felt a strong sense of abandonment since she was adopted. Olivier gets help from M. Provost, who has some revelations to make.

Nancy hopes to meet members of her family, and Josée has found information about her family without doing any research.

Patrice reconnects with his recently found sister Heather, and Marie-Josée introduces her extended biological family and sister Odette.

Patrice visits his biological mother, and Josée continues her search in hope for an answer from her biological parents.
